Christian Education
Here at First Presbyterian we believe that the more we learn about the love, truth, and majesty of our God, the more we will fall in love with him! Christian Education is a big part of our worship and fellowship, and we offer education and Sunday School classes for people of all ages, from 3 years old to 10.
Join us during our Sunday School or during one of our fellowship events to learn more about the God who loved us enough to send his son Jesus to earth for us!

Sunday Worship
Join us to sing, pray, praise, worship, and gather together in God’s presence each week. From challenging and inspiring sermons to uplifting music to a faith community ready to welcome you, First Presbyterian is a great place to explore faith in Jesus while letting a church family care for you. We hope to see you Sunday morning at 9:30am!
Children
We invite children of all ages to join us for Sunday School during Worship - following the Children’s Sermon from September - May. All are welcome!
Youth
God Squad:
What’s life all about, anyway? Where does God fit in? How can I make the world a better place? Who was this Jesus guy, anyway? Have hard questions? Join God Squad!. Youth in grades 6 -12 gather in the Youth Room to play great games, eat awesome snacks, and ask hard questions about life, faith, and God. Sunday School is the springboard to other awesome youth events including Lock-Ins (overnight stays at the church!), Youth Sundays, and mission work. Come join us!
Confirmation:
Our next Confirmation Class is still in the works. Congratulations to our 2023 confirmation class! This biannual class is for students grades 7th and up. This class leads to membership in the church and is an opportunity to learn more about Jesus, the Presbyterian Church, and how to put “feet” on our faith.

We don’t just learn through head knowledge here at First Pres! We also learn through heart knowledge through our Christian fellowship. Join us - you are always welcome! There is always something fun going on! Check our Calendar page for dates on Girlfriends’ Group Outings (women of the church), Men’s Ministry Events, Fireside Concerts and Dinner Theater productions, and other church-wide events! There is something for everyone!
